LW-58 is a phenol-free, ammonia nitrogen-free environmental protection product. It is a solid powder used for coloring to the anodized aluminum profiles. It has advantages of good comprehensive properties, solution stabilization, good homogenization and reproducibility. It can applied the original production equipments without changing any equipemtns, the glossy profiles and sandblasted profiles of the oxidation film over 10 μm can be obtained pure black color in 8-10 minutes if according to our operating conditions, which can greatly improve the production effect and save the production cost.

| Solution Maintenance: | ||
| 1)Analyze the concentration of free sulphuric acid, stannous sulfate every day, and measure the PH of bath solution to keep each parameters in normal range. | ||
| 2)Replenish LW-58 and Stannous Sulfate according to 1.5 : 1. Tartaric acid can be replenished appropriately depending on the stability of the bath solution. | ||
| 3)LW-58 coloring process has the self-cleaning function, the bath solution can be maintained to be always clear and transparent, but it needs to be filtered periodically. | ||
| 4)LW-58 coloring additive is a phenol-free, ammonia nitrogen-free environmental protection product. Its waste water does not need special treatment, just make its waste water neutralized to weak alkaline then almost can be discharged directly. | ||
